Customer Policies and Help

We take every step to ensure that our customers receive excellent service. What follows are our policies:

Shipping Policy

  • All products are shipped FREE UPS Ground. Select Free UPS Ground shipping in the shopping cart.
  • FREE UPS Ground is not available to Hawaii or Alaska. You must select Hawaii or Alaska shipping mode in the shopping cart.
  • For your protection orders shipping to an address other than the credit card billing address may be delayed for verification.
  • If you refuse a shipment you will be charged the UPS shipping cost to you and the UPS return shipping cost. In addition, you will be charged a 15% handling fee. No exceptions.
  • You will receive an email giving you the UPS tracking number and instructions for tracking your shipment.

  • 99% of all orders are ship the same day as received.
  • Wrong address given by the customer will be charged to the customer. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to applicable shipping and handling fees and will be charged to the customer in question.
  • If your order has been damaged or lost in shipment, please notify Comfort Clean immediately. In addition, you must report the damaged or lost shipment to UPS. We will handle all the UPS paper work for you. In most cases you will receive a new product within days of your report.

Defective Product Policy

Defective merchandise may be returned for exchange within 30 calendar days after date of purchase. After 30 calendar days defective products must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair.

  • Request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before you return any product. Get RA #
  • Print & complete the Product Refund Form.
  • Products returned without a RA# or Return Product Form, will be returned to sender.
  • Customer must pay return shipping, Comfort Clean will pay the returning shipping to you. In no case will shipping cost be refunded for exchanged merchandise.

Refund and Exchange Policy

  • Bidets must be returned in AS-NEW, Unused, Unopened condition with all packaging material and instructions.
  • Used Bidets cannot be returned under any circumstance.
  • You must make your request for a refund within 10-days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a refund, Comfort Clean must receive the bidet within 15-days from date of purchase.
  • All bidets are subject to a minimum rebox fee of $20. The rebox fee is subject to increase if any original packing parts are missing (installation parts, remote control, packing foam) or the unit is scratched or damaged. Initial shipping charges and credit card fees (between 3% and 5%) will be deducted from the refund total.
  • Customer must pay return shipping. In no case will shipping cost be refunded.

  • We will notify you via email of your credit card's credit and charges.
